Spectral Applied Research LMM-5 laser merge module with solid state lasers: 445nm (75mW), 488nm (100mW), 515nm (100mW), 561nm (100mW) & 642nm (100mW) lasers. Laser line selection is controlled by AOTF.
Hamamatsu ORCA-R2 cooled CCD camera (6.45 µm² photodiode)
Prior Proscan III motorized stage and shutters
Lumencor SOLA fluorescence light source
Okolab Stage Top Incubator
MetaMorph image acquisition software

This instrument uses Class 3b lasers. All users must attend laser safety training.
