⚠️ What to expect after submitting a training request:

  • You will receive an email within two business days with instructions for scheduling a Zoom consultation.

  • Consultation appointments are typically available within one week.

  • During the consultation, you will schedule your first 1.5-hour training session. Depending on staff availability, your schedule, and availability of the appropriate microscope, this session usually occurs one to two weeks later.

  • After completing your initial training, you will schedule an independent session, during which your trainer will be available to assist as you use the microscope independently for the first time.

  • Once you successfully complete the independence session, you may schedule microscope time on your own.
